Sunday 7 September, Australia Zoo – Steve's 4x4

I thought this deserved its own space. Leaving the Crocoseum on the way to the elephants, we pass by Steve Irwin's old 4x4; the one that he always used, and the very one that took him on his final journey. It's just sitting outside the Crocoseum, no signage or anything, just there for kids to clamber over... it's both sad and yet somehow fitting, and for us it was very moving.
